Afternoon
3pm to 4.30 pm
Tour of Medical School with Roger Whibley
Meet at the Medical School Entrance
No need to book but arrive early to avoid being left behind.
Park in University and walk across bridge or on the Perimeter Rd of Queens Apparently it is possible to drive in the "exit" of the Medical School
Evening
7.15 to 7.45 pm
Champagne Reception
Hilton Hotel Function Bar and Wembley Room
(Dress code optional - Smart Evening Wear or Black Tie)
7.45 to 8.00 pm
Group photo
Either in Wembley Room or outside main entrance if weather permits.
8.00 to 8.15 pm
Introductions followed by a minute's silence in memory of absent friends.
Dinner
8.15 pm
Wembley Room
Wine included with dinner but Cash Bar also available.
11.00 pm to 12.30 am
Disco dancing in Wembley Room
12.30 am
Function Bar closes
The main Hotel Bar stays open indefinitely for hotel guests and their companions.
