Starters
Green pea and mint soup laced with cream.
Warm vegetable tart presented on a rocket and pesto salad with sun blushed tomatoes.
A timbale of farmhouse pate crowned with onion marmalade and Melba toast presented with a mixed leaf salad.

Main courses
Chicken breast stuffed with salmon fillet and spinach leaves presented on a spinach mash with roast onions, baby carrots and a grain mustard sauce.
Pan-fried beef medallions layered with a mushroom duxelle presented on a potato colcannon with roast shallots green beans and a mushroom and garlic cream sauce.
Half an aubergine stuffed with onions, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic and fresh herbs glazed with goats cheese and served with tossed salad and new potatoes.

Desserts
A light baileys cheesecake on a biscuits base with a toffee and vanilla sauce.
A rich chocolate truffle set on a sponge base.
Meringue nest filled with cream and fresh fruit and decorated with exotic fruits.
English and continental cheeses served with a selection of biscuits, fresh grapes and celery sticks.
